Hibiscus
Slammer

A vibrant, floral highball with tart hibiscus notes.

  • Ingredients:

    • 1.75 oz Slammit Green Tea Shot Whisky

    • 0.5 oz blanco tequila

    • 0.25 oz hibiscus syrup

    • 0.25 oz lime juice

    • Top with soda water

  • Preparation:
    Build in a highball glass over ice. Garnish with a lime wheel and edible flower.

  • Hibiscus Syrup:
    Simmer 50 g dried hibiscus flowers with 200 g water and 200 g sugar for 10 minutes. Strain and cool.
