Hibiscus
Slammer
A vibrant, floral highball with tart hibiscus notes.
Ingredients:
1.75 oz Slammit Green Tea Shot Whisky
0.5 oz blanco tequila
0.25 oz hibiscus syrup
0.25 oz lime juice
Top with soda water
Preparation:
Build in a highball glass over ice. Garnish with a lime wheel and edible flower.Hibiscus Syrup:
Simmer 50 g dried hibiscus flowers with 200 g water and 200 g sugar for 10 minutes. Strain and cool.
