  • Ingredients:

    • 1.5 oz Slammit Green Tea Shot Whisky

    • 0.5 oz lime juice

    • 0.5 oz ginger syrup

    • Top with soda water

  • Preparation:
    Build in a copper mug over crushed ice. Garnish with a thyme sprig and lime wheel.

  • Ginger Syrup:
    Blend 100 g fresh ginger with 200 g water. Simmer, add 200 g sugar, and stir until dissolved. Strain and cool.
