Ingredients:
1.5 oz Slammit Green Tea Shot Whisky
0.5 oz lime juice
0.5 oz ginger syrup
Top with soda water
Preparation:
Build in a copper mug over crushed ice. Garnish with a thyme sprig and lime wheel.Ginger Syrup:
Blend 100 g fresh ginger with 200 g water. Simmer, add 200 g sugar, and stir until dissolved. Strain and cool.
