Ingredients:

  • 1.75 oz Slammit Green Tea Shot Whisky

  • 0.5 oz elderflower liqueur

  • 0.5 oz lemon juice

  • 0.25 oz chamomile-honey syrup

  • 1 egg white

Instructions:

  1. Preparation:
    Dry shake all ingredients to emulsify the egg white, then add ice and shake again. Double strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with chamomile flowers.

  2. Chamomile-Honey Syrup:
    Combine 2 tbsp dried chamomile flowers with 100 g honey and 100 g hot water. Let steep for 10 minutes, strain, and cool
